At 218 Clothing + Gift, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain gift items and final sale selections are ineligible for return to ensure the highest quality for all our customers.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
